Angela Diesch to Co-Chair ACI’s Annual Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products
Angela Diesch will Co-Chair American Conference Institute’s West Coast Cosmetics & Personal Care Products Forum alongside Camille Friedlander, Legal Counsel, Benefit Cosmetics, on September 28-29, in Santa Monica, CA.
The program will highlight MoCRA implementation and offer special West Coast focus sessions, including how California’s laws and regulations impact the rest of the country, Washington State’s Toxic Free Cosmetics Act of 2023, West Coast product labeling, packaging and recycling laws, and new Prop 65 and class action activity in California that is also impacting other hot-bed states.
