Rend Al-Mondhiry and Bob Durkin have been invited to speak at the Consumer Products Healthcare Association’s (CHPA) 2024 Regulatory, Scientific & Quality Conference in Bethesda, MD, Sept. 17-18, 2024.
Moderated by Lauren Quinn, Principal, Touchpoint Regulatory Affairs Consulting, Rend’s session, “Legal Hot Topics,” will show how Supreme Court decisions in the mifepristone and Chevron cases may change how FDA broadly regulates medicines and other products.
Bob’s session will explore FDA’s latest final guidance on “Dietary Supplements: New Dietary Ingredient Notification Procedures and Timeframes,” issued on March 5, 2024.
