About Jonathan J. Krit
Jonathan Krit is a registered patent attorney with 32 years of experience practicing in intellectual property law. Mr. Krit’s practice focuses on patent and trademark litigation, where he has worked to enforce and defend intellectual property rights for Fortune 500 companies, midsize corporations and startups. Mr. Krit has practiced before a variety of federal courts and has successfully argued in front of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Krit also counsels clients on product development and patent design-around, technology transfers, licensing, and commercial contract disputes. He has advised and represented clients in the food, drug and medical device industry, chemical manufacturers, and makers of mechanical devices.
