Amin Talati Upadhye Opens D.C. Office
Amin Talati Upadhye is thrilled to announce our latest expansion: Ivan Wasserman has joined the firm as Partner and will manage our new Washington, D.C. office.

His deep knowledge, industry experience and creative approaches help companies solve their most difficult marketing, product safety, and government enforcement challenges. He brings to our firm years of experience gained at some of the country’s leading law firms where he represented brand name manufacturers, direct-to-consumer marketers, and retail chains in product development, advertising and labeling, product safety and recalls.

This expansion continues the growth that started three years ago when our firm welcomed Shashank Upadhye as partner, broadening our capabilities in the pharmaceutical industry and especially in the representation of generic drug companies in Paragraph IV litigation.
The addition of our DC office furthers the ongoing mission of Amin Talati Upadhye to provide full legal services for the lifecycle of products aimed at improving the population’s health and wellness.
