Ivan Wasserman and Bob Durkin Join Faculty of ASTA Regulatory Workshop
Ivan Wasserman and Bob Durkin have been added to the roster of speakers participating in the American Spice Trade Association’s Regulatory Workshop in Washington, DC, Sept. 24-25.
Ivan’s “Can You Claim That?” session will highlight key claims available for spices and supplements.
In a second panel, Ivan and Bob will join John W. Spink, Ph.D., Food Fraud Prevention Academy, for a session titled “How to Think Like a Criminal to Fight Food Fraud.” They will cover emerging issues in economically motivated adulteration of spices and explore strategies to protect your supply chain.
