Jennifer Adams will speak at ACI’s 6th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation in New York City, February 9-10.
In a session titled “Class Action Outlook for Ad Claims: Lesson Learned and Future Forecasts,” Jennifer and her co-panelists will analyze new trends and decisions in advertising claims class actions and how they will impact future claims as well as a company’s bottom line.
