Lauren Aronson to Chair Session on Dark Patterns at ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting
Lauren Aronson will moderate a panel discussion titled, “Dark Patterns — Nudging From Help to Harm?” at the ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting in Washington, DC, March 29-31.
Lauren’s panel, presented by the Consumer Protection, International, and Privacy & Information Security Committees, will discuss the state of the law and examine when a marketing practice becomes “dark.”
Lauren’s panelists include Mary Engle, Executive Vice President, Policy, BBB National Programs and Malini Mithal, Associate Director, Financial Practices, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission.
