Lauren Aronson to Serve as Session Chair/Moderator at 2024 ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting
Lauren Aronson will lead a panel discussion at the ABA Spring Meeting in Washington, DC, April 10-12.
Lauren’s session, “Health Advertising: Substantiate or Remediate?” will delve into the FTC’s new Health Products Compliance Guidance and its impact on marketing healthcare products as well as the Notice of Penalty Offense letters on claim substantiation that the Commission sent to 700 companies.
Lauren’s panelists include Laura Brett, Vice President, National Advertising Division (NAD), BBB National Programs; Megan Olsen, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN); and Michael Ostheimer, Division of Advertising Practices, Federal Trade Commission.
