Matthew Orr to Speak at ACI’s Advanced Forum on Defending FDA-Regulated Consumer Products Class Actions
Matt Orr will serve on the faculty of American Conference Institute’s Advanced Forum on Defending FDA-Regulated Consumer Products Class Actions, Oct. 16-17, in New York City.
Matt’s session titled, “To Respond or Not Respond? What do Do After You Receive the Demand Letter,” will look at recent demand letter trends affecting the food, cosmetic, and dietary supplement industries and cover strategies to employ for when one arrives.
