Rend Al-Mondhiry to Speak at AHPA Regulatory Congress
The American Herbal Products Association has invited Rend Al-Mondhiry to serve on a panel at its virtual Regulatory Congress on Nov. 14.
Rend’s panel, “The Claims They Are A-Changin’,” will focus on the Health Products Compliance Guidance that was issued by the FTC in December 2022, the mass notice of penalty offenses the Commission sent to hundreds of dietary supplement marketers in April 2023, claim substantiation adequacy, and related litigation topics. Rend’s co-panelists include Asa Waldstein, Supplement Advisory Group; William Rowe, Nutrasource; and Eric Unis, BBB National Programs – National Advertising Division.
