William Cole and Matthew Orr Join Faculty of CPG Legal Forum
William Cole and Matt Orr are slated to speak at the 2025 CPG Legal Forum, a Consumer Brands Association event in San Diego, February 26-28.
William will serve on a panel titled “Settling…for Less in CPG Litigation” and discuss practical strategies from recent trends and noticeable settlements across the CPG litigation landscape.
In a roundtable session, “Going the Distance: An Overview of Learnings from Major CPG Trials,” Matt and William will scan cases that have gone the distance and offer instructive takeaways on how to ensure efficient and effective trial advocacy on a range of issues from label, regulatory, product liability and recalls.
