Ryan Kaiser Returns To National Boutique to Expand Its Brand Protection Practice
CHICAGO August 30, 2022 — Amin Talati Wasserman is thrilled to announce that Ryan Kaiser has joined the firm as partner. Mr. Kaiser, who was previously headed Amin Talati’s trademark practice, joins the firm from the intellectual property boutique Kaiser IP, LLC.
For nearly two decades Mr. Kaiser has strategically managed U.S. and international trademark and copyright portfolios of all sizes to ensure their maximum protection and value. His practice includes licensing, enforcement, and oppositions, conducting due diligence in transactions, and advising on cutting-edge anti-counterfeiting measures. He regularly litigates before federal District and Appellate courts as well as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
