About Cole Kroshus
Cole Kroshus is a trial attorney, focusing on consumer class actions, business litigation, and California’s Unfair Competition Law.
Cole has a proven track record of success, representing clients in complex commercial disputes across various industries, including technology and pharmaceuticals. His experience extends to handling all stages of a case, from drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs to managing discovery processes and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony. Cole’s courtroom advocacy has led to substantial victories for clients at both the appellate and trial levels.
Following law school, Cole clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for a United States District Court. He then honed his skills at an international law firm in Los Angeles, where he litigated cutting-edge issues for technology companies.
Outside of his professional life, Cole enjoys spending quality time with his family. He can often be found in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes or hiking with his wife and son.
